Dream BuildTech was started by people who came up through site work — not sales. That's still how we run: engineers on site, clear numbers on paper, and a phone that gets answered after handover.
Our story
Started on a single plot
Dream BuildTech began with one independent house and a simple frustration. Founder Ritvik Bhatia had watched clients get handed a low quote to win the deal, then billed for "extras" every other month. He thought a builder ought to be able to say what a house costs — and then hold that price.
Six years on we've deliberately stayed small. We take on a handful of projects at a time so that the people who quoted your house are the same people standing on your site. Along the way clients started asking us which plots were worth buying — so the real estate side of the business grew out of the construction side, not the other way around.
Today we handle design, approvals, construction, interiors and property advisory. What hasn't changed is the part that matters: the number we quote is the number you pay.
